Law Minor

To complete the eighteen (18) credit-hour interdisciplinary minor in Law, the folllowing two (2) courses are required totalling six (6) credit hours:

POLS 110 - American National Government
POLS 382 - Law and Judicial Process

Also, students must take any one (1) of the following two (two) courses for an additional three (3) credit hours:

CAFS 440 - Family Law and Public Policy
CMCN 385 - Communication Law and Ethics
CJUS 345 - Criminal Law; prerequisites: 6 hours CJUS or IP*
HIM 322 - Legal Aspects for the Health Care Field
HIST 369 - Constitutional and Legal History
HRTM 412 - Legal Issues in the Hopsitalitiy Industry; prerequisite: BLAW 310 or IP*
PHIL 316 - Professional Ethics
PHIL 319 - Philosophy of Law
POLS 387 - Constitutional Law
POLS 483 - Civil Liberties
